This is a simplified form of tax settlement, under which you will pay tax on revenue without costs deducted. The amount of tax (from 3% to 20%) depends on the type of business. The lump-sum income tax, however, is not available to everyone. The book of revenues and expenditures is a simplified form of bookkeeping that allows for including the business costs in the final settlement with the tax office. Integrated accounts are an advanced form of keeping accounting books, which is usually more costly than the other possibilities. Often however, depending on the size of business and its legal form, you are obliged to keep your books in this manner. We will monitor your settlements with counterparties and remind you of any payments due. 

Agnieszka has several years of experience in keeping accounting books. As an accountant with international audit firm Mazars, she was providing services to entities with a revenue of several dozen million. Since 2015, as the Chief Accountant of Pointway Partners, she has been using her considerable experience in keeping accounting books of both small and large enterprises. She has completed Independent and Chief Accountant courses organised by the Accountants’ Association in Poland.

Having acquired his first financial skills as a consultant of multinational firm Deloitte, Michał was developing the legal and financial foundations of the Polish Investments Programme (at present: the Polish Development Fund). In 2013 he took up the position of a Director at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. A long-standing member and president of supervisory boards (including PLL LOT S.A., Atende S.A., LiveChat) and investment committees responsible for multibillion infrastructure investments. He is a holder of a PhD and the international ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification. Snowboarding, ju-jitsu and paragliding are his favourite spare time activities. He specializes in advising the office’s clients in financial as well as business and corporate issues.
